“The California Career Technical Education Incentive Grant (CTEIG) is a state education, economic, and workforce development initiative with the goal of providing pupils in kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive, with the knowledge and skills necessary to transition to employment and postsecondary education. Through a competitive process, $900 million in grants are provided by the California Department of Education to local educational agencies (LEAs) over a period of three years (2016-2019) to create, expand and maintain CTE Pathways.” (Description from the California Department of Education)
