OC Pathways partners with districts, educators, industry leaders, and community organizations to design and deliver high-quality career education programs that prepare students for success in college, career, and life.

Our programs span the full continuum, from early career awareness in TK–12 to industry-recognized credentials, apprenticeships, and educator workforce development. Grounded in real labor market data and aligned to California’s evolving career pathway frameworks, we focus on expanding access, strengthening industry partnerships, and building sustainable systems that connect learning to opportunity.
