What is the OC Pathways Apprenticeship program?
This program blends classroom learning with on-the-job training, giving candidates real-world, in-demand experiences. Apprentices work alongside professionals, develop industry-ready skills, and enhance their employability, all while discovering what excites them most about the world of work.

OCDE/OC Pathways: Manages operations, ensures compliance, and connects candidates with meaningful opportunities.
