Funded through Round 1 of the K-12 Strong Workforce Program, Career Counseling Coordinators (CCC) have been supporting Orange County districts since the position’s creation.

Under the leadership of OCDE and OC Pathways, the CCC aligns CTE curriculum and counseling with postsecondary goals, guiding school counselors to embed career exploration, early college credit, certifications, and work-based learning. They provide training and expertise to strengthen district-wide college and career readiness.
